I think it tastes pretty good, actually, but the important thing is that IT DID THE JOB!!! I was low on B12 because I rarely eat red meat and doctor was ready to put me on B12 shots every so often. I took this for a month and my B12 levels went right on up to where they should be. There is a convenient dropper top on the bottle. Every day, I squirt a dropper full under my tongue and go on about my business. (In case you don't know, I was told that a B12 shortage can cause permanent nerve damage. That's why the doc was so concerned.--FYI, my Uncle says B12 helps regulate his blood sugar levels, too because he has diabetes.)
Update 1/6/09--I am beginning to suspect that this product may help to prevent gout in some people. See your doctor for sure. I also suspect that this liquid under the tongue may be more effective and/or work faster than pills. My doctor seemed surprised at how fast the B-12 liquid brought my B-12 levels up.
Update June 2010--Annual physical revealed B12 levels are better than optimal. Doctor actually said I could take less of this. So, I went from "needing a monthly B12 shot" to being fine. Go figure. I'd say it works. BTW, I do (now) eat red meat about once or twice a month.

The taste isn't delicious but it's way better than any other sublingual B vitamins I have tried. The guy at the health food store recommended this to me because of how well people like it.

I am a 72 yr old female that works full time in a professional field, but found that my energy level was getting lower and lower. I have not been taking a B complex but decided to try the B Total Sublingual & see if that would help. On the third day (today) I had more energy than I have had in years. I truly was NOT expecting this! Today I have been busy doing stuff I have postponed for months and even went to the flea market...something I haven't done in years. In fact it was on the way to the flea market that it dawned on me that it might be the BTotal that was giving me so much more energy than normal. I can't think of anything else that could have caused this change so I am cautiously optimistic at this point in time. If it turns out just to be a coincidence I will add a post. I will definitely continue to take it as it's not bad tasting and I really believe the B Total is why I feel so great.

I purchased this product because I needed energy. I have Fibromyalgia, I suffer with pain and chronic fatigue daily. Since taking this product I have more energy, physical and mental clarity. (I take 1ml daily) I recommend this product if you have similar ailments. I do plan to make future purchases.

This provides a much needed boost for me. I'm supplying it now for my two daughters also, and they feel the same way. I don't object to the taste at all.
