I love this product. Dr. Teitelbaum's book was a tremendous help for me. He developed this vitamin powder for people with CFS & Fibromyalgia. I've tried both flavors and prefer the Berry Splash over the Citrus. I mix mine with about 14 oz of water because the taste isn't bad to me & I'd prefer to avoid the gritty taste of using less water. Since everyone's different do what's best for you. In above mentioned book the doctor has many recommendations on supplements for fibromyalgia (fword for short & not to be confused with the 4 letter word). I take Ribose and the combo of vitamin powder and Ribose capsules helps me function better in day to day life.

I have been using the Fatigued to Fantastic Energy Revitalization powder in a fruit smoothy (frozen blueberry, fresh strawberry, pineapple, yogurt and ice) every morning for about six months now. I take the vitamin B supplement that came with it. I feel great. I have lost 27 pounds which is a blessing as I have Rhuematoid Arthritis and weight plays a big role in my pain. My joints have felt better and my fatigue has improved leaps and bounds. I am no longer on Humira (RA medication) for pain. I am able to make it through an entire day without needing a nap or feeling exhausted. I have had RA since I was 24 years old. I am now 39 years old and this is the first thing that I have found that I truly believe in. It is worth it to read the book that goes with it. I have not tried any of the other products out there from Fatigued to Fantastic but I strongly recommend the Energy Revitalization system!!! Thanks Jannelle

I have been taking Energy Revitalization for almost a year and it has been a lifesaver for me. Before I found this product, I was taking Lyrica for my fibromyalgia symptoms, and the side effects were awful. I gained almost 20 pounds in swelling weight, couldn't walk some days because the soles of my feet would swell so badly that it hurt to put weight on them, and my vision blurred so badly that I had to get a new glasses prescription. I found information about Dr. Teitelbaum at a local health food/holistic health store and it mentioned that he had created a vitamin combination that had shown some success in treating fibromyalgia. I tracked down this product and began taking it. It took a month or so for me to really feel the effects, but once I did, I was amazed. I have since weaned off Lyrica (with my doctor's supervision...it's dangerous to just stop taking it) and I feel really good. I still have some pain, but my energy level is much higher and I am able to keep up with all my daily activities. It also helps with the "fibrofog" that was clouding my thinking. Yes, it tastes awful, but I mix it with high-pulp OJ and let it sit for about 5 minutes before I drink it. It dissolves better that way, and the pulp covers up some of the granular consistency.

Having hypothyroidism and on medication, this is the only vitamin that is recommended to be taken with the medication each morning. It is bad enough being fatigued from the disease, let alone not being able to take vitamins in the morning. Once I started taking these the fatigued started fading away.

I was told my B-12 was extremely low in addition to being hypothyroid; thus the reason for my extremely low energy levels. The B-12 shots made me feel better, but increased my hunger level tremendously. I gained 12 pounds within about a month. It was awful. I had been taking the Fatigued to Fantastic once before, but had stopped. I decided to restart the Fatigued to Fantastic and stop the B-12 shots. Within a week, I was feeling much better. I will definitely continue taking this supplement. It has basically given me back my life. No hunger increase, just energy and a sense of well being that I haven't had in a long while.
I can't describe all the things Fatigued to Fantastic has helped me with. Apparently, there is something in this product that I need (I feel it's more than just the B vitamins). I'm so thankful to have found this product. I would not be feeling so much better without it. I'm hooked for life. This is as necessary to me as my thyroid medicine and I'm never without the thyroid medicine!
