These pills are an inexpensive way to quickly get a burst of energy. I do not drink coffee regularly, so just one pill does the trick for me for a good couple of hours.

I have a friend that drinks coffee on a regular basis and usually goes for two pills for that shot of energy.

It is a very good deal for the price.
